  • Experience working with senior managers in an administrative role.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • An advanced level of oral and written English Language communication skills (you will be able to take minutes, effective notes, and type quickly and accurately).
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who loves to communicate with fantastic interpersonal skills. You will need to have the ability to interpret information and display sound judgement whilst also keeping in mind confidentiality and the need for discretion with certain aspects of your role.

This is a position that requires the management of a high volume of demands, so you will need the ability to complete your work autonomously whilst balancing the complexity of team-dependent activities.

Your ability to ensure actions are completed or moved forward at the right times will demonstrate your excellent customer service focus, through reliable, efficient, and accurate execution of service deliverables. You add value to the team by connecting with people across levels in a positive manner, as we consider relationship management a key element of the role.
